The rates are for the creative — not the overhead. No account management fees baked in, no layers, just a number that makes sense for what you actually got.

Once the in-house creative for 15 years, Shay stepped out and founded Humber & Waters on a simple belief: the quality of the work shouldn't depend on the size of the budget.

That's meant working across two very different worlds — multi-million dollar property developments, five-star hospitality groups, and global wellness brands on one side; first-time founders, start-ups, local institutions, and grassroots businesses on the other.

The scale changes. The rigour doesn't.

Every project gets the same thinking, the same standards, and the same person — from the first conversation to the final file.

On a personal note, Shay lives in the Noosa hinterland, in the little town of Kin Kin, with her family. She loves a large pour, live music, and great food.
